Modern vehicles contain dozens of electronic control units that communicate with each other to manage everything from engine operation to lighting, security, comfort, and communication systems.

One of these important electronic units is the Body Control Module (BCM).

The BCM is responsible for controlling and coordinating many of the vehicle's body and convenience functions.
