P0269 Cylinder 3 Contribution / Balance Fault
P0269 is an OBD-II diagnostic trouble code that means the engine control module (ECM/PCM) has detected that cylinder #3 is not contributing the expected amount of power compared with the other cylinders.

The exact values and acceptable limits are manufacturer-specific.
There is no universal contribution value that applies to every engine.
4. Inspect the cylinder #3 injector
The injector should be inspected for electrical and mechanical problems.
