P0121 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor "A" Circuit Range / Performance

P0121 means the engine control module (ECM/PCM) has detected that the signal from Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor “A” is not behaving within the expected range or does not correspond correctly to the engine operating conditions.

Slowly operate the accelerator pedal while observing the live data.

A healthy signal should generally change progressively.
