The C5 Aircross was offered in three trim levels: Feel, Flair, and Flair Plus.
All three versions featured an 8-inch touchscreen equipped with a TomTom navigation system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a rear-view camera.
Models equipped with the 12.3-inch digital instrument panel also offered a smartphone-compatible dashcam and wireless charging technology.

Advanced Safety Technologies
The new C5 Aircross also offered an extensive range of advanced safety technologies.
Available systems included Active Safety Brake, Post-Collision Safety Brake, Blind Spot Monitoring, Active Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go functionality, Collision Risk Alert, Coffee Break Alert, Driver Attention Warning, Speed Limit Recognition, Highway Driver Assist, and Automatic Lighting functions.
These technologies were designed to provide additional assistance to the driver and improve safety in different traffic and road conditions.

Technologies Designed for Greater Driving Comfort
The new C5 Aircross SUV was equipped with numerous technologies intended to make everyday driving more comfortable and convenient.
Features included keyless entry, an electric parking brake, parking assistance, a rear-view camera with an elevated viewing angle, and a 360-degree vision system.
These features were particularly useful when parking or maneuvering the relatively large SUV in tight spaces.
Extensive Exterior and Interior Personalization
Buyers could choose from up to 30 different exterior color combinations.
These included seven body color options that could be combined with the Flair trim. There were also three color packages—silver, white, and red—that could be matched with the different body colors.
The selected combination could be complemented by a pearl-black panoramic opening glass roof.
The interior offered five different personalization combinations, allowing buyers to create a cabin with a more individual appearance.
Alloy wheel designs ranged from 17 to 19 inches depending on the version and equipment level.

Spacious Interior and Large Luggage Capacity
The C5 Aircross offered an impressive luggage capacity ranging from 580 to 720 liters, depending on the configuration.
With a ground clearance of approximately 230 mm and an overall length of 4.50 meters, the SUV provided a spacious and commanding presence on the road.
The cabin was designed to offer a wide, comfortable, and premium-feeling environment for both the driver and passengers.
The 12.3-inch digital instrument panel provided the driver with a wide range of important vehicle information in a clear format.
Five Engine Options
The 2019 C5 Aircross was offered with three diesel and two gasoline engine options complying with Euro 6.2 emissions standards.
The gasoline range consisted of:
-
PureTech 130 S&S with a 6-speed manual transmission
-
PureTech 180 S&S with an 8-speed automatic transmission
The diesel options were:
-
BlueHDi 130 with a 6-speed manual transmission
-
BlueHDi 130 S&S with an 8-speed automatic transmission
-
BlueHDi 180 S&S with an 8-speed automatic transmission
This range gave buyers the opportunity to choose between different combinations of performance, fuel economy, and transmission preferences.
EAT8 Automatic Transmission
One of the notable features of the new C5 Aircross was the latest version of Citroën's 8-speed automatic transmission.
The electronically controlled EAT8 (Efficient Automatic Transmission) was designed to provide greater efficiency and comfort.
According to Citroën, the additional two gears allowed the EAT8 to provide up to 7% better fuel economy compared with the EAT6 under comparable conditions.
The eight-speed transmission also used shorter gear-change intervals to provide smoother and more refined transitions between gears.
With its spacious cabin, extensive safety equipment, multiple personalization options, efficient engine choices, and modern EAT8 automatic transmission, the 2019 Citroën C5 Aircross represented an important step in Citroën's expansion in the SUV segment.
